The James Beck Foundation exists to change the trajectory of Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG), a devastating form of pediatric brain cancer. Through targeted research funding, clinical trial support, and community investment, the Foundation is committed to ensuring that children facing DMG have access to better treatments, better science, and better care, today and in the future.

For decades, DMG has stayed underfunded and under-researched, and the outcomes have barely moved. We direct gifts straight into the labs and clinical trials doing the work, in partnership with the Pediatric Neuro-Oncology Consortium (PNOC) and the researchers leading the DMG Working Group. Every dollar pushes the science closer to the day a diagnosis no longer means "less than a year."
